RECOGNITION BY SBB<\/h4>\n

We are recognized by the SBB (Cooperation Organization for Vocational Education, Training, and Labor Market) as a training company. This means we contribute to the training of young technicians and promote the quality of craftsmanship within our company. <\/p>\n

COLLABORATION WITH EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS<\/h4>\n

We collaborate with schools to give students from pre-vocational secondary education (vmbo), secondary vocational education (mbo), and higher professional education (hbo) the chance to gain practical experience. They work with us three to four days a week, and the rest of the week they go to school to learn their theory. This combination helps them become true professionals. <\/p>\n

GUIDANCE FOR APPRENTICESHIP EMPLOYEES<\/h4>\n

Our apprenticeship employees (Beroeps Begeleidende Leerweg, BBL) usually come from the region and technical education. We guide them on their path to craftsmanship. This requires commitment, but it provides us with dedicated and well-trained employees, which is beneficial for the future of our company. <\/p>\n
