Is assembling machines and complete new construction installations a major challenge for you? Because we are looking for experienced Lead Mechanics for the North, Central, and South regions of the Netherlands.

With a wide variety of clients and machines, spanning Projects, Machine Building, and Service and Maintenance, no day is ever the same here! Starting your workday from your van, you’ll be on-site with the client, serving as the primary contact person for both the client and your colleagues, subcontractors, and freelancers. You’ll be working on realizing new construction projects. Your ambition is to efficiently manage everyone’s work; your mission is to achieve the goal within the set time and budget.

You proactively collaborate with project management, plan ahead, and intervene when you see opportunities being missed and improvement is possible! By applying your constructive attitude and knowledge, you’re a pleasant sounding board for engineers, project managers, and mechanics, contributing to sustainable solutions.

In this role, you’re a key player, so it’s crucial that you can work independently and think and act efficiently. Understanding the client and performing tasks as specified are important to you. The work is diverse, so your own knowledge and input in communicating with the client are of great value!

YOU HAVE:

• Completed technical MBO education (level 4) or equivalent practical experience;
• Knowledge of installations and production processes is advantageous;
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety;
• Leadership skills and the ability to instruct and motivate colleagues;
• Proficiency in Dutch; English and German are desirable;
• Willingness to work at various locations in the Netherlands;
• Eagerness to continue developing your skills;
• Driver’s license B.
